"Mr. Faber is a strong addition to our board," said Chandra Venkatraman, President of Arula Systems, Inc.  "His hands on experience and in-depth understanding of the computer industry as a whole, and the IT management space in particular will allow Arula to better serve its customers and continue to add value for our shareholders."

Prior to his current position, Mr. Faber held various management positions in manufacturing, IT, and finance in HP.  Mr. Faber joined HP in 1979 from Price Waterhouse where he had spent four years in consulting and auditing.
