Murrali
Rangarajan/President & CEO
Mr.
Rangarajan has twenty plus years experience in the technology
industry, focusing on e-business and supply chain management.
He has previously served as CEO and president of iLogistix,
a large private supply chain company. Prior to that
he served in a variety of senior manufacturing and product
planning positions with Digital Equipment Corporation and
with the Ford Motor Company in Europe. He is also an
advisor and board member for a number of start-up companies
and a frequent speaker in the areas of B2B businesses, business
operations scaling, supply chain design and management and
corporate culture in high growth and high performance organizations.
Mr. Rangarajan holds a MBA from UCLA, a Masters degree from
Arizona State University and a Bachelor degree from IIT
Madras. He is a charter member of TiE (The Indus Entrepreneurs).

Chandra
Venkatraman/Founder, Chairman & CTO
Mr.
Venkatraman has over twenty years experience in the telecommunications
and computer industry. He worked at the Tata Institute of
Fundamental Research, AMD and Bell Northern Research. He was
with Hewlett Packard from 1990 to 2000, where he was a significant
contributor to this development project. Chandra has a total
of six product-related patents and patents pending as a result
of this work. Mr. Venkatraman is widely respected for his
previous work.
Mr. Venkatraman has a MS in Electrical Engineering from Concordia
University, Montreal, Quebec, Canada and a BSEE in Electronics
Engineering from Bangalore University.

Juggy
Krishnamurthy/VP, Engineering & Operations
Mr.
Krishnamurthy has over twenty years of experience in the industrial
process control industry. He worked at ABB and Matheson in
various engineering capacities. He has numerous industrial
design patents. His most recent position was General Manager
of MGP Equipment Company Ltd., a Matheson Company based in
the United Kingdom.
Mr. Krishnamurthy has a MS in Systems Engineering from Case
Western Reserve University, Cleveland and a BSEE in Electrical
and Electronics Engineering from BITS, Pilani.

Murali
Subbarao/VP, Business Development
Mr.
Subbarao has over fourteen years experience covering marketing,
operations, R&D and quality. Before joining Arula, he
was Director, Strategy and Alliances, for the Financial Services
Business Unit at Hewlett-Packard. He has dealt with large
financial institutions around the world to address their needs
for e-banking, electronic trading, customer relationship management,
payments and wireless capabilities. Prior to that he was COO
at Imeco Ultrasonics, India, where he spearheaded the restructuring
of the firm. His other significant experiences include re-engineering
of order fulfillment for Hewlett-Packard's computer business
and developing networking products.
Mr. Subbarao has a M.B.A. from University of California, Berkeley,
and a M.S. in Computer Science from University of Wisconsin,
Madison, and a B.Tech. in Electronics Engineering from Indian
Institute of Technology, Chennai, India.

Mitch
Nelson/VP, Finance & Administration
Mr.
Nelson has over 12 years experience in financial analysis,
engineering, product development and operations. Before
joining Arula Systems, Mr. Nelson served in several
financial and operations positions at Hewlett-Packard, including
Senior Financial Analyst, World Wide R&D Lead, UNIX Server
Division, Senior Financial Analyst, New Ventures, Internet
& Applications Systems Division, Finance Manager/ Operations
Manager, Open Services Operation and Operations Manager, Commerce
for the Millennium Operation. Prior to Hewlett-Packard,
he served as Director of Development and Engineering for Argus
Technology, and Manufacturing Engineering Team Leader for
Lexel Laser. He also served as Director and Board Member
of Arula Systems, representing Hewlett Packard before joining
the company.
Mr. Nelson holds a Masters of Management in Manufacturing,
a dual MBA and MS degree with special concentrations, from
Northwestern’s J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
Mr. Nelson also holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from
Cornell University.

Praveen
Bhatia/Senior Director, Marketing
Mr.
Bhatia has over 18 years experience in the computer industry,
specializing in product management and marketing for network
and server appliance markets. He has previously served in
senior product management and marketing roles at Cobalt Networks,
Sun Microsystems, Novell, and Hewlett-Packard.
Mr. Bhatia holds an MBA from the University of California,
Berkeley, an MS in Computer Science,
Washington University and a B Tech, Electrical Engineering,
Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, India.

Kimble
Jarrold/Director of Sales
Mr.
Jarrold has over 21 years of high-technology sales and marketing
experience with start-ups as well as high-profile public companies.
He has extensive experience in building strong sales programs
for young companies leading to successful sales growth. Prior
to joining Arula, Mr. Jarrold served as VP of Sales for Cygnet
Storage Solutions and VP of Marketing and Sales for CNet Technologies.
Mr. Jarrold has also served in several sales and marketing
capacities for Motorola and Hughes.
Mr. Jarrold holds an MBA from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School
of Management, Northwestern University and a BS in engineering
from Syracuse University.
